ROV Innovations wins Christmas Island ROV Tender

ROV Innovations recently won a tender put out by Australian Department of Infrastructure on Christmas Island to provide a highly advanced ROV for their services. 

The Seamor ROV that was quoted for the tender was up against 12 other manufacturers of ROVs throughout the world. Feedback from the governmental Department of Infrastructure stipulated the reason that the Seamor ROV was chosen for Christmas Island was due to its robust nature, modular design, open framework, and competitive pricing.

The ROV is due to be delivered to Christmas Island within the next few months, along with a comprehensive training package for the staff that will be utilising the ROV on a daily basis.

We are looking forward to travelling to Christmas Island for a few days to show the staff there what their new ROV can do!
