Orpheus Island Demo from ROV Innovations on Vimeo. This excerpt is from a recent trip to Orpheus Island Research Station with staff from Trinity Bay High School, James Cook University (JCU) and The Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS). It is filmed with a Seamor 300F ROV recording in standard definition. Visibility was between 3-4 meters, calm conditions, with the current picking up to approx 2 knots. The second part of the demo is filmed on a GoPro Hero 3+ mounted on the ROV to capture a perpendicular view to the sea floor.
