WIOA Bendigo 2014 - Another Great Conference for the Water Industry

We were pleased to spend another year down in Bendigo to support the Water Industry Operation Association of Australia's (WIOA) expo and conference. We settled in with the guys and girls from Aqualift and Nextep showcasing one of our Seamor 300T "ATOM" ROVs, specifically designed for tank inspections (complete with the new modifications that David Barry from Aqualift had conducted), along with one of our professional Unmanned Aerial Vehicles complete with FLIR infrared camera showing a live feed direct to one of our screens.

As always the crew from WIOA were extremely professional and courteous, and we look forward to the next conference and expo in Orange in 2015!

This is a short example of one of our FLIR infrared camera mounted on a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) we had setup at a trade show. FLIR cameras such as this are fantastic tools for inspections where they can detect possible water leaks in pipelines and concrete structures (such as dam walls and reservoirs), find hotspots in electrical components, and also be used for conducting population surveys for environmental consultants.
